Staff of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“NJBPU” or “Board”) will offer a virtual informational session on December 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the above-referenced docket.

Please note that the meeting will be conducted virtually via Zoom. You must register for the public meeting to attend. Representatives from Board Staff, Rutgers Agrivoltaics Program (“RAP”) at Rutgers University, New Jersey Department of Agriculture (“NJDA”), State Agriculture Development Committee (“SADC”), and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (“NJDEP”) will host and participate in the informational session. Members of the public are invited to participate by using the link or dial-in information set forth above and may express their views and ask clarifying questions on the proceeding.
